Graduate Supervisors engage with their students in a multitude of ways as best suits the discipline and their individual personalities.Ìý This panel of experienced graduate supervisors will share how they motivate, mentor, monitor, and make sure their students are prepared for each key stage of their degree.Ìý Discussion will also touch upon the supervisor’s role in ensuring that their students graduate with the requisite research, teaching, and professional skills they need for their future careers.Ìý Whether you are already an experienced supervisor or are a new faculty member, graduate student or post-doctoral fellow, who is just beginning to supervise graduate students, please feel free to join us and spend some time considering your own supervisory style.
