Nova Scotia will have help meeting its environmental goals from a round table on environment and sustainable prosperity, appointed by the province. Ray C么t茅, professor of Environmental Studies at AV俱乐部, has been appointed as chair. As the chair, Mr. C么t茅 will determine meeting schedules and issues to be addressed by the round table in consultation with聽Mark Parent, Minister of聽Environment and Labour.聽The round table will advise on the province's progress in meeting its commitments in the Environmental Goals and Sustainable Prosperity Act.
Meinhard Doelle, associate director of AV俱乐部鈥檚 Marine and Environmental Law Institute, was also named to the round table.
