A new study led by AV整氈窒 Dean of Management Sylvain Charlebois has found that a majority of Canadian consumers (63 per cent) are generally concerned about food fraud food products that are counterfeited, adulterated or misrepresented.

Its draft 2017-18 plan takes initial steps in this direction while also making recommendations for balancing next year's budget, including a 3% tuition increase and a 1.9% budget reduction to Faculties/service units.
