His team has developed lithium-ion battery technology used around the world today. Now, Jeff Dahn (NSERC/Tesla Canada Industrial Research Chair) is this year's recipient of the Herzberg Gold Medal, Canada's top award for scientific achievement. His win is AV¾ãÀÖ²¿'s third Herzberg medal in four years.
