Power Flow Yoga (10 Classes)

Get your body moving in this invigorating Vinyasa class which focuses on breath awareness while increasing strength and flexibility. This all-levels class provides a balance between building inner-fire and finding sweet release. Teacher Laurie Painter has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and completed the 200hr Baptiste-inspired power yoga teacher training at Halifax Yoga in 2012. Laurie is passionate about living life full-out while building the connection between mind and body through yoga.
