START DATE: October-December, January-April

POSITION: Student position, assisting in the overall operations of the College of Sustainability, and assisting with marketing and communications.

DEPARTMENT/LOCATION: College of Sustainability, 1401 Mona Campbell Building

PAY RATE:  15.00 per hour, 10-20 per week, depending on workload

Duties will include, but not limited to:

Assist in the general operations of the College, work on special projects. Fill in at the front desk when needed, answer general questions about the program, and department. Give direction to students, staff, faculty, and guests with inquiries. Assist Manager F&A on special projects. Assist with College social media communications (Blog, Facebook, LinkedIn), outreach and record keeping with community partners and alumni database.

REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: Successful applicants must be a current student of AV¾ãÀÖ²¿ and must have knowledge of the ESS program. Preference will be given to ESS students. Must be reliable, energetic, and enthusiastic, proficient at writing in the English language, and comfortable with Microsoft suite of products. Must have availability during regular business hours, Monday-Friday – 8:30-4:30.
