AV俱乐部 is proud to provide for the 6th year running the discounted Employee Bus Pass Program. The SmartTrip program, which is a partnership between the Office of Sustainability and Halifax Transit, provides a 25% discount on all pass types.

The EPass program has two sign-up and renewal periods a year, and membership runs for a full year. If you are interested in receiving or renewing your EPass membership, this process is taking place in November.

Current EPass/LinkPass/XPass holders:

All current pass holders will have to and receive a 2018 sticker for their pass to be valid in 2018. The sticker can be sent through inter-departmental mail at your request through an email to rethink@dal.ca. Alternatively, you can visit room 512 of the Central Services Building on November 15th, 20th, or 22nd between 9am-2pm to fill out a form and/or receive your sticker. If we do not receive your renewal form by December 8th you will be removed from the program and be unable to receive a sticker for the upcoming year.

Leaving the Program:

Current pass holders who no longer wish to participate in the EPass program for the 2018 calendar year will be able to opt-out. If you are planning on opting out, written notice is preferred over a lack of renewal.

New sign-ups:

We will be signing up new participants in the program for 2018. Before signing up, please read all program details found on our website. To sign-up, please come to room 511 of the Central Services Building, 1236 Henry Street, on November 9th between 11:30 am and 5 pm to fill out an enrolment form and have your photo taken. If you cannot make this time, please make alternative arrangements with the Office of Sustainability (rethink@dal.ca). 听

To be eligible for this program you must be a AV俱乐部 permanent employee (full-time or part-time), full time grant paid, post-docs, or an associated employee. No casual employees will be able to participate. All employees must be paid directly through AV俱乐部 payroll and be employed until the end of December 2018.
