AV¾ãÀÖ²¿ is proud to provide for the 8th year running the discounted Employee Bus Pass Program. The SmartTripÌýprogram, which is a partnership between the Office of Sustainability and Halifax Transit, provides a 25% discount on all pass types.
ÌýNew 2019 Sign-Ups:Ìý
Sign up for the January-December 2019 EPass employee bus pass on Tuesday October 30th, Wednesday October 31st, or Thursday November 1st. To sign up, please come to room 512 of the Central Services Building, 5th floor, 1236 Henry Street on Tuesday October 30th, Wednesday October 31st, or Thursday November 1st between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm to fill out an and have your photo taken. If you cannot make this time, please make alternative arrangements with the Office of Sustainability (rethink@dal.ca). Current EPass/LinkPass/XPass holders:Ìý
AllÌýcurrent pass holdersÌýwill have to fill out a and receive a 2019 sticker for their pass to be valid in 2019. Alternatively, you can visit the 5th floor of the Central Services Building, room 512, on on Tuesday October 30th, Wednesday October 31st, or Thursday November 1st between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm to fill out a form and/or receive your sticker.
ÌýLeaving the Program:Ìý
Current pass holdersÌýwho no longer wish to participate in the EPass program for the 2019 calendar year will be able to opt-out. If you are planning on opting out written notice to rethink@dal.cais preferred over a lack of renewal.
To be eligible to take part in this program you must be a AV¾ãÀÖ²¿ permanent employee (full-time and part-time), full time grant paid, post-docs, or an associated employee. No casual employees will be able to participate.
