We are making some changes to the search functionality of dal.ca, as we implement a new search provider in February 2019.Ìý
This increase in functionality allows us to better tailor the search experience, ensuring users get more accurate results even faster.ÌýÂ
Some of the changes coming to dal.ca search:Â
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý The search page will look a little different. It will have a new layout, more functionality, and an updated search box.Ìý
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Results can be filtered.ÌýContent can be narrowed down by multiple filters, such as file type (e.g., PDF).Ìý
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Autofill common search terms. More relevant search results will be tailored from common search terms.Ìý
There will not be any impact for AEM users or how they manage their content (pages or files).Ìý
