The E-pass spring registration window is now open!
AV俱乐部 faculty and staff are eligible for a reduced-cost Halifax transit pass. This program is offered through a partnership between AV俱乐部's Office of Sustainability and the Halifax SmartTrip program.
New and returning E-pass members:
A copy of the聽2019聽registration form can be found on the Office of Sustainability's SmartTrip website. Interested聽faculty and staff are required to fill the form
in. Don't forget! The form has two sides so be sure to initial the first page and sign the second page. Completed forms聽can either be delivered in person to the Office of Sustainability, 5th floor聽of the Central Services Building, or聽submitted electronically to rethink@dal.ca.
New E-pass members
New members will be required to include a headshot taken against a white backdrop as part of their E-pass registration submission. Faculty and staff interested in becoming new e-pass members can come to the Office of Sustainability for headshots and registration on Wednesday, April 24th between 9-5, or send a digital copy of the headshot along with the completed 2019 Registration Form. Photos must be saved as a jpg file and sent to rethink@dal.ca.
The Office of Sustainability is located in the Central Services Building 1236 Henry Street 5th floor office 512.
Those that choose to send the registration form and picture by email can do so at any time before the actual registration date of April 24th.
The Office of Sustainability will contact all faculty and staff as soon as the E-pass cards from HRM Transit are received. It is expected E-pass cards will arrive in May.
