AV¾ãÀÖ²¿â€™s Corkum LABS has developed Better Nights, Better Days-Youth an online program that has been designed to help youth with and without recurrent pain learn more about sleep, and to provide them with strategies that they can use to improve their sleep (and perhaps day-to-day life).Â
We are currently seeking youth between the ages of 14 and 18 with and without recurrent pain who experience sleep difficulties. They will be asked to track their sleep and provide feedback on the online program by participating in our usability and pilot testing study. Participants can earn up to $60.00 in amazon.ca gift cards by participating in this study.Â
To determine eligibility, youth are asked to complete this short survey:Â
Please pass this along to any youth 14-18 years old who experience sleep problems. For more information, the research team can also be reached at: bnbd-youth@dal.ca
