Free Open Mindfulness Group

Faculty, students and staff are invited to free mindfulness sessions - learn about and practice mindfulness in a group led by experienced facilitators.  Every Tuesday. 12:35-1:25, CHEB 311. Supported by a AV¾ãÀÖ²¿Â Workplace Wellness Grant.Â
