Staff and volunteers host fun and informative orientation programs and cultural events, as well as act as a referral source to other university resources. LGBTQ2SIA+ Collaborative (Collaborative+) is a forum for communication and collaboration between campus groups who work to foster a climate of respect and inclusion for LGBTQ2SIA+ indivduals. It works to increase awareness of supoprt services, strengthen educational programming and initiatives, and influence positive shifts in the campus climate for and with LGBTQ2SIA+ students, faculty, and staff.
