You should be provided with a detailed onboarding plan by your unit.泭In the first few days you can expect your supervisor to introduce you to the team, include you in relevant email groups and teams, broadly explain the job and working teams, clarify the benefits and entitlements and plan meetings with working teams.

First few weeks

Over the first few weeks you can expect to have further clarity of your role and performance expectations, and how the probation period will be administered.
