• Preceptors for AV俱乐部 BSc(Pharm) and PharmD Program.听 CPE forms for Preceptors involved with AV俱乐部 Pharmacy Students would have had the CPE forms emailed to them directly after the rotation was completed听 If you do not have the form in your email, please contact pepadm@dal.ca
• Preceptors for AV俱乐部 Residency Program.听 CPE forms for NS Preceptors involved with the AV俱乐部 Residency Program should contact the Residency Coordinator directly (Nova Scotia Health Central Zone, IWK Health Centre).
• Preceptors for all non-AV俱乐部 Students.听 Please submit a self-directed learning accreditation application which can be accessed by , or using the link above for pharmacy professionals.
