75 Years of Nursing Excellence
泭
It is an exciting time at the School of Nursing.
We are celebrating a major milestone in 2024. The School of Nursing was established in 1949 within the Faculty of Health and this year we are celebrating 75 years of educating nurses for the Atlantic Region, Canada and globally.
We have been recognized for academic leadership in teaching (undergraduate, masters and PhD programs) research, scholarship and service to the wider community for more than a half century. Our curricula and programs prepare the graduates that are needed to meet the needs of Nova Scotians and Canadians - today and for the future.
We are immensely proud of the accomplishments of our staff, faculty and past and present students.
We have continued to demonstrate success in building partnerships, in external grant capture and in knowledge dissemination and impact.
We have ambitious plans for our 75th anniversary and look forward to telling our stories, connecting with alumni, and holding strategic, meaningful events.
To help celebrate the School of Nursing's 75th Anniversary, alumni, faculty, and friends can support the Nursing 75th Anniversary Scholarship. This gifted fund will provide scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in the AV整氈窒 School of Nursing Program. Please consider making a donation . 泭
