Careers & Mentorship in Tech

The has partnered with to transform Canadian tech and business through the following initiatives:

  • BPTN will help 1,000 + Black early-career professionals gain full-time career placements in Canadian tech and business companies over the next three years.
  • BPTN will convene some of Canada’s top-ranking business and tech executives around the newly launched 'Champion’s Table.' Executives will make tangible hiring commitments and use µþ±Ê°Õ±·â€™s pipeline of early-career talent to fill their roles.
  • µþ±Ê°Õ±·â€™s Pay it Forward campaign will provide $200,000/year in funding to Black non-profits working with children and youth in STEM across Canada.
  • µþ±Ê°Õ±·â€™s CULTIVATE mentorship initiativeÌý will pair 350 Black early-career professionals with Canadian executives annually for direct mentoring and career coaching. Ìý
