Lockers
There are no lockers available at the Fountain School, but the Graduate Student Lounge on the fifth floor of the Killam library does have lockers available. This facility is available for your use, and we strongly encourage spending time there since it was newly renovated just for Dal graduate students.
Practice areas
Practice rooms are located on the 2nd floor of the Arts Centre. Entrance into the Practice Room area requires a combination code, which may be obtained from the FSPA Office. This code will be changed on a monthly basis. Practice time for Music students is available on a first come, first served basis. NO FOOD OR DRINK please! No instruction or coaching for remuneration shall be given by students, graduates, or professional musicians, in any space of the Arts Centre controlled by the Fountain School without the written consent of the Director.
Student study area
A student study area is located on the 5th Floor of the Arts Centre. This area is for quiet study, which means you are not permitted to practice music, rehearse theatre scenes/monologues or gather noisily. This is a wireless zone. Please do not remove chairs or extension cords from this area.
